Jephux-CV Tablet is a powerful combination antibiotic used for treating various respiratory tract infections such as sinusitis, sore throat, bronchitis, and pneumonia. These infections can affect the sinuses, throat, airways, or lungs and are commonly caused by bacteria that may be resistant to standard antibiotics.This tablet contains Cefpodoxime Proxetil, a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic that works by preventing the formation of the bacterial cell wall, thereby stopping the growth and multiplication of bacteria. It is paired with Clavulanic Acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor that helps overcome bacterial resistance by blocking enzymes that degrade antibiotics. Together, they offer enhanced antibacterial action, especially against resistant strains.
Jephux-CV Tablet is typically effective within a few days of starting treatment. However, it is crucial to complete the full course as prescribed by your doctor—even if you start feeling better sooner.
