IFYdrate-S Suspension is a combination of Magaldrate (400 mg) and Simethicone (20 mg) per 5 ml, designed to relieve symptoms of acidity, bloating, and indigestion. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like heartburn, gastric discomfort, and gas-related issues. Magaldrate acts as an antacid by neutralizing excess stomach acid. It converts into aluminum and magnesium salts in the stomach, which helps in providing quick and lasting relief from acid-related discomfort. Simethicone, on the other hand, is an anti-foaming agent that helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, thereby reducing bloating, pressure, and abdominal discomfort.This suspension is particularly useful after meals or before bedtime, especially in individuals who frequently suffer from acid reflux, flatulence, or upset stomach.
